PRIVACY AT RFHEX

Useful updates.
Respectful data.

What we collect

The newsletter and wishlist form collects your email address, selected lists, consent time, and confirmation time. RFhex previously collected anonymous VNA price survey responses containing a selected frequency range, budget range, primary use, optional exact price, and submission date. These historical records do not contain an email address, IP address, or persistent respondent identifier.

Why we collect it

We use confirmed signup details to send the updates you selected and to understand interest in RFhex. Historical anonymous survey responses are retained only for product planning and aggregate analysis.

How it is protected

Email addresses are encrypted before they are stored in the website database. Confirmation tokens, administrator sessions, and abuse-prevention identifiers are stored as one-way hashes. Administrative access requires a password and protected server-side session. Public pages never expose subscriber records.

Your choices

Your address is not activated until you confirm the request through a time-limited email link. You can unsubscribe through any RFhex marketing email. You may also ask RFhex to correct or remove your signup record using the contact details provided in those emails.

Data minimization

RFhex stores short-lived, pseudonymous security records to limit automated abuse. It does not intentionally create respondent profiles, retain browsing histories, or build advertising profiles through these forms.

Policy updates

This notice may change as RFhex develops. Material changes should be reflected here before new data uses begin.
